Even though our products are made of all-natural ingredients, certain herbs, and essential oils are not recommended for use by pregnant, nursing women, infants, or children. If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund upon receiving photo proof. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend it. Shipping goes through Canada Post for regular parcels. Wholesale oders depending on size will be through Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Shipping usually takes from 2-10 business days once items have left our hands.

To further support sustainability, we also cultivate botanicals on our property or harvest them from local farmers' land to minimize our impact on the environment. We harvest only what is needed, focusing on plants that are considered weeds, invasive species, or botanicals impacted by the forestry industry and wildfires. This mindful approach helps to restore balance while providing nature’s offerings in a respectful and responsible way.

Our products have a shelf life of 6 to 24 months, depending on the item. However, to experience the best quality and effectiveness, we recommend using them within 6 months of opening. This helps preserve the freshness and potency of the natural ingredients.
