Even though our products are made of all-natural ingredients, certain herbs, and essential oils are not recommended for use by pregnant, nursing women, infants, or children. We do carefully select natural, gentle ingredients but if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your physician before using products that contain essential oils and herbs. Please be sure to read each product description carefully.

If an item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund upon receiving photo proof. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend it. Shipping goes through Canada Post for regular parcels. Wholesale oders depending on size will be through Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Shipping usually takes from 2-10 business days once items have left our hands.

Our botanicals are sustainably and mindfully harvested from the forests of British Columbia, including areas affected by wildfires. To further support sustainability, we also cultivate botanicals on our property or harvest them from local farmers' land to minimize our impact on the environment. We harvest only what is needed, focusing on plants that are considered weeds, invasive species, or botanicals impacted by the forestry industry and wildfires. This mindful approach helps to restore balance while providing nature’s offerings in a respectful and responsible way.
